Written by Yudhi in Thursday, April 23rd 2009
Yesterday Google made a major change to the search results page that appears when you search for a person's name. Google Profiles, for people who have set them up, now appear on those pages. Today Google opened a discussion about Google Profiles and called for voting on ideas about what they include.
Profile options are already being changed in response to popular requests; a new section of contact information that you can expose [+]

Written by Yudhi in Wednesday, April 22nd 2009
As a technology news writer, you get pretty good at sizing up the potential of a new project or product pretty quickly. You think in terms of how the thing your looking at is a little like two other things you've seen before combined together. Or perhaps inspired by something, but with its own unique twist. A semi transparent notification bar (see screenshot below), slides down from the top of the screen when you update your status via the Web. While in itself, the feature may not appear earth shattering, the fact that updating now feels extremely fluid and is [+]
Cartoon: @sense_of_perspective
Written by Yudhi in Sunday, April 5th 2009
Twitter delivered a valuable new feature late last month.
And my friends delivered twin girls on Friday evening.
Some people would say that puts it all in perspective. Me, I figure it just makes it easier to find responses to your live-tweeting of the birth.

Written by Yudhi in Wednesday, March 25th 2009
If you’re a publisher using images in your site or blog, and you’re willing to sacrifice a little real estate inside your images, you could be poised to make a nice little chunk of change from Pixazza.
